1. Click "Sign In" in the top-right corner.
2. Select "Forgot password?" below the password field.
3. Enter the email address on your account and submit.
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link — it expires in 1 hour.
5. Click the link and set a new password. You'll be signed in automatically.

Most failed uploads come down to one of three things: the audio file is over the 50MB limit, it's not in MP3/WAV/OGG format, or your connection dropped mid-upload. Try compressing the file, double-check the format, and make sure you have a stable connection before retrying. If it still fails, use "Bulk Upload" from your avatar menu — it retries each file independently and shows a clear error per track.

First check the volume slider in the Velabsu player (hover the speaker icon, bottom-right of the player bar) and your device's system volume. Then confirm your browser tab isn't muted (right-click the tab). If it's still silent, refresh the page — some browsers pause audio until you interact with the page again after loading. Chrome and Firefox give the most reliable playback.

When you play a song, Velabsu automatically builds a queue: songs by the same artist first, then songs in the same genre once those run out, then everything else. You can see and reorder what's coming up anytime from the list icon in the player bar. Autoplay (toggle in the navbar) controls whether the next song plays automatically when one ends — the queue itself is always kept ready either way.

Open your avatar menu → "My Songs", find the song, and click the pencil icon next to it. Pick the correct genre from the dropdown and hit Save — it updates immediately and the song will shuffle into the right section the next time it loads.

Email support@velabsu.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We'll confirm and remove your account, uploaded songs, and playlists within 7 days. This can't be undone, so make sure it's what you want first.
