Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Velabsu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Velabsu. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at security@velabsu.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not create accounts using automated means or use false information.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

Content & Uploads

Your Content

When you upload songs, cover art, lyrics, or other content ("Your Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload it.
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You have obtained all necessary consents from people featured in your content.

License Grant

By uploading content, you grant Velabsu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful behaviour
• Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial content

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Velabsu to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use the Service to transmit spam or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonate other users, our staff, or any third party
• Engage in any activity that could harm Velabsu or its users

Intellectual Property

The Velabsu platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, and original content created by us, is owned by Velabsu and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its software without our explicit written permission.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on Velabsu infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@velabsu.app with the following information: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@velabsu.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velabsu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
